Returns and Exchanges Policy

 

Entitlement for Returns and Exchange

1. A Buyer shall be entitled to a returns and exchanges of a Product in the following situations:

(i) Product is defective

A Product is defective if it:-

(a) is unfit for its intended use;
(b) has a defective design;
(c) has been defectively assembled or manufactured; and/or
(d) is dangerous or harmful for normal use.

(ii) Product does not comply with description/criteria

Returns and exchanges are allowed if the delivered Product:

(a) is a different or the wrong product;
(b) has different specifications from that advertised or ordered; and/or
(c) has missing parts.

2. General Exceptions

A Seller may reject any request for returns and exchanges in any of the following cases:

(a) the product delivered is damaged due to a cause attributable to the Buyer;
(b) the value of the product has been significantly reduced due to the use or partial consumption thereof by the Buyer;
(c) the value of the product has been significantly reduced to the extent that such Product is not in a fit condition to be resold;
(d) the packaging of a product is damaged;

3. Refund policy

Strictly non-refundable, but eligible to be exchange with same item or other product with same of higher value, where the buyer shall pay the difference. There will be no delivery/shipping fees for product exchange, if the buyer's claims are valid as described in the policies above.

 

4. Process

It is buyer's duty to submit the exchange within 7 days after you have received your item for the above replaceable conditions mentioned.

To eligible for return and exchange, kindly write to connect @ i4mart.com with the following 

(a) I4mart order reference number;
(b) Contact person name, designation, email, contact number for further inquiries;
(c) Complete billing and shipping address;
(d) Purchase date and delivery received date;
(e) Reason for return, including detailed description of conditions, symptoms of product failure, photo (if applicable);
